Any experienced realtors is able to provide some advices for a millennial looking to enter the real estate industry?

Is it better for me to re-consider after I've saved enough to fund for the initial cost (marketing cost, transport cost etc)?

Hi, my name is William Goh, Andrew Yap’s manager/mentor, and I am using Andrew’s, who is my business partner, account to reply you.
Fyi, there are may millennials In this industry! From what I gathered from them, their reply is: since I am still young, I would like to “venture” into this industry, if for whatever reasons, this journey is not suitable, I can alway go back to work, but most of them continue.
In order to be a property agent, u must be a sg or spr, min 4 O level passes, enrol and pass the RES exams. Good to have some savings when embarking into this journey.

Dear aspiring realtor,

Real estate start up costs can be very low, but more importantly, is the timing and commitment to be given to the business that will actually make a lot of difference.

Transportation aside, we have basically a program where start up realtors can earn as they learn. It is a 15 weeks program we have designed to allow aspiring realtors like yourself learn on the job in the lucrative landed homes segment, training up individuals to be a competent landed agent with our comprehensive program.

This is in addition to the unfair technological advantage which we have at OrangeTee - AAG Division where our suite of tools available have also helped many new realtors in their fledging business.

If you like to find out more, we can always meet up for coffee for more detailed discussion.

Warmest regards,
