Any kind soul can help me? would like to know the valuation of my 4 rm flat at Blk 501B Wellington circle mid floor.

Hi Daniel,these are the latest two transactions around your area,u can use this prices as your guide price, Sembawang 510A, level 01 to 05, 90sqm, sold at $286,000.00 Jan 2009 &
Sembawang 510A also within level 01 to 05, 90sqm,sold $260,000.00 Jan 2009.
i would suggest to get a valuer to valuate your property to get an exact value,..whereby i would be of assistance to you..do give me a call.thanks.

Hi Daniel,

Est. should be around $300K range, but it also depneds on other factors, like facing of your unit, which level, conditions, etc. etc. Why not do a valuation first if you are serious to sell.
