Every reputable agency has some training courses to provide their agents with continual education (usually free or at very lost cost). There are also commercially run courses for agents who want to upgrade themselves ($250 to $2500).

To me, the more important thing to an agent's career is strong mentorship rather than another training session.

As a new agent, you must ensure that you find a manager whom you can respect and can befriend. A mentor who is able to spend time to guide, to encourage and to correct you. Some Top producers and managers with very huge/large team may not be able to deliver the 1-to-1 promise.
