Hi, I am contemplating a career change, and have always been interested in real estate. I would like more advice on being one (starting as a freelancer and gradually becoming full-time) and whether there are any other restrictions or financial aid for courses available? I am a SPR, holding a science degree from NUS. Greatly appreciate any sharing of experiences to a newbie, thanks!
