Are new condos' pricing higher than existing condos? What is the average pricing psf for central and non-central districts? Is the trend for new condos rising in pricing currently?

Hi Yeo,

There are some brand new condos that are priced cheaper than exisiting condos. Depending on location, I do have some that are priced around the $900psf mark.
