I do not understand what is your issue here with J Gateway and am unsure if this is the first time you are putting up a post here because we have seen a number of posts similar in nature targeting the same project.

If it is outside your affordability, then move on to find something within your affordability. It is not your issue if the sellers are unable to fetch the desired pricing. Let the sellers worry about it instead. I am sure you have better things to do other than focusing on something with negative vibes don't you?

Hi,

There can plenty of transactions in today's market that does not make sense.

But, that's not the point. For every transaction to happen, there must be a willing buyer and a willing seller.

What doesn't make sense to you, makes sense to the genuine buyer who sees value in the property he/she purchases. It could be a variety of reasons which only he/she will know.

If everyone has the exact same thinking and ideas, then we would not need to negotiate for properties already. It will all be price-tagged, like the apples and oranges you see in NTUC.

However, because we are all different from pne another, we have different views on the properties, with different needs as well.
