Units that are available in sol arces obtained early approval to sell before MOP. Therefore buyers who are keen to buy have to fulfill HDB eligibility schemes, income ceiling as if you are buying an EC through developer.
If you are first timers, you might be eligible for housing grant. But if you are second timer, you will be subject to resale levy.
