can a non-PR foreignor buy a landed property in Singapore?

Hi Hwong NGIK.
It's almost impossible for a foreigner to own a landed property in Singapore unless you have the approval from the higher authorities. You only option is the Sentosa Cove where foreigners are allowed to buy only for OWN-stay.
If it's impossible, you can always look at other private condos and apartment. You never know, you may just like the developments?
