Nope, your agent has to get your approval in anything that he or she does. And you could actually make a complain to the CEA If you do not even know this agent.

You should lodge a complaint to CEA with photograph as prove. As an investor, I dislike agents sticking poster on my unit's door without permission too.

Dear owner,

This is a no-no. You may wish to give the salesperson warning and to remove the poster or advertising materials. Am unsure why are you interested to find out what the penalty is, but if you really wish to persue, you can escalate it to the relevant authorities and allow them to take over the disciplinary portion.
