Can any expert tell me the difference in rental yield - comparing base on a 500sf studio apartment.
If I will to buy a condo studio unit at Shenton Way area versus condo unit at Orchard ard Devonshire area??
Which one area will be a better deal?
As I am thinking of investing one of them!

If u are buying for rental yield, the location shouldn't matter. Both shenton way and Devonshire areas are not well-known for its rental yield. Read More

Dear Melvyn,

With the same amount of money, you can probably look into a mass market condominium as rental tends to move faster in these areas since rental is your focus.
