I plan to buy a unit at the Marina Bay Residence for investment purpose. What is a reasonable price to pay for a 2-bedroom unit ? Prefer higher floor with a size of approximately 1100 square feet.

2bedrooms shall be 1076sqft.
Est price range from $2750-$2800psf. Sea facing
For bay facing price range abt $2900-$3000psf.
