Thanks for the answer, but its kind of difficult to work together with local agencies, special because the documents of my house are for foreigner ownership. Most of the Indonesians will not agree to that and foreigners are not that much in Batam, thats why I thought maybe for someone in Singapore it might be easier to sell the house.
Secondly local property agents in Batam are lazy and incompetent. If you hear something who can help me to promote and sell my house, please let me know.
