Hi Shiva,

Owners are not allowed to put up their properties for rent or sale on PropertyGuru. In fact they are encouraged to engage the services of agents to market their place if required especially for rental, due to the spike in scam cases for rent in recent times. Many tenants I have came across have indicated that they are now very careful and will prefer to deal with agents listings instead since it is more legitimate source of listing given that we are licensed to do real estate works.
