Hi,

1) Single SC is eligible to buy resale EC.
2) There are no grants for EC.
3) You shall be eligible for the single grant of $25k, proximity grant of $10k if buying under the Single SC scheme for 4-rm and smaller HDB flat.
4) If you received an inherited private property during your MOP, you will have to appeal to the HDB in order to keep it. This is dealing on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, you can buy either a resale HDB flat or a resale EC.

There is no grant available for resale EC as that is considered as a private property. Whether or not you qualify for CPF Housing Grant depends on your monthly income. You will be eligible for Proximity Housing Grant if you purchase a flat that is within 4km to your parent's place of residence.
