If you are not looking to purchase a resale HDB, yes, you can purchase a private residential property as a sole owner even if you are under 35.

If you are looking to buy a HDB flat then you will need to be above the age of 35 years old to be eligible to buy a flat. However, if you are buying a private property, you are able to do so anytime as long as your loan and finances are in order.
