Can I buy a flat in my mum’s name? She is 90 years old

Good morning y,
Are you referring to resale HDB purchase?
She will be eligible under single singaporean scheme if she is a singaporean or public scheme with you.
Do take note if she's buying alone, she most likely wont be able to take up a loan and will have to fully pay for the unit.

2) Note that due to her age, she won't be able to receive any loan.
3) You are not allowed to utilize your CPF in this purchase because you are not the owner.
4) You also cannot apply for a loan in this purchase unless you are one of the owners.

Do note that as she's 90 years old, she will not be able to secure a loan for the flat. The flat has to be paid in full.
