Is possible to get a 4 rooms HDB Below $400k in current market if you not specify the location and dun mind the older house, if you buy a tenanted unit, at the end of the lease owner may leave the furniture for you, you can discuss with seller. I just sold 2 units seller wanted to give away all the furniture but buyer dun want, so at the end they need to arrange some one to through all the furniture in the house.

Fully furnished meaning sales together with the furniture (including TV set refrigerator etc)? This is very much dependent on seller agreement. Some seller's might be glad to leave some of the furniture behind but not all. For currently tenanted unit, the seller might be glad to leave all the furniture's behind but do note the condition is normally bad. It is challenging but possible to purchase a 4 room flat below $400k depending on the age of the flat and location.
