The key is always to measure the supply, demand and understanding the trend of market, therefore a realtor with access to these critical information and the ability to analyse these data into value adding analysis to be transferred to both sellers and buyers will be critical in the entire process of sale as these analysis will be value adding to both sellers and buyers in order for them to make the most informed and right decisions.
