Dear Owner,
You need to first verify, if yours is a HDB flat, if you are allowed to do that. These depends on many criterias. If yours is a private apartment, this would be easier. However, having said that you also need to verify a few other things. How many of them are going to live in that flat. Is their Pass a valid one. There is also a tendency for foreign workers to cram more than the legal limit. As such, it is better that you engage an agent to handle this for you, to be on the safe side. It is a small price to pay.

Hi
If yours is a private property, there will be no restriction on this. However if yours is a HDB, firstly you need to check on the non-citizen quota. Then you will need to find out the sectors the tenant are working based on their work pass. Non Malaysian work permit holders from construction, marine and process sectors are not allowed to rent HDB at all while those non malaysians from manufacturing sector are only allowed to rent bedroom.
