Hi, i would like to know how much money(cpf + cash) that we need to prepare if we want to buy a resale unit 4 rooms flat at Jurong West area? My husband is SC while i am work permit holder. Thank you.

Evening,

Given your situation, your husband will be buying under non-citizen spouse scheme. Mortgage will be based on his income status. If he is taking bank loan, he will need to prepare 20% downpayment. With HDB loan, 10% downpayment would be required.
