If you are mentioning about HDB flats then you have to check the HDB ethnic Integration Policy & SPR Quota for those blocks that you will like to purchase.

As I am selling a HDB unit in compassvale bow which is 5 mins away from Buangkok MRT, it is still not open up to non malaysian PRs for this month.
