My husband and I are singapore PR. We have already bought HDB resale flat. I like to know that 1) when can we start to buy private and other properties? 2) Which types of property and how many can we buy in singapore while we have HDB flat?

Evening,

If you purchased the HDB flat before 30 Aug 2010, you can sell within one year. Being a PR, you would have purchase the unit through bank loan.
Buying a unit after the stated date, you need to fulfill the 5 years MOP. After which, you are eligible to buy as many condo as you like, provided you continue to stay in the HDB unit.
