Hi,
1) Married Singapore citizen and Foreigner can buy resale HDB only, under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme.
2) No ABSD.
3) Grants available are similar to a single scheme grant except without proximity grant.
4) Only Singapore citizen can be listed as owner. The foreign spouse will be an occupier.
