Although you see the properties listed here are by agents, please do not assume that the agents are being paid by the owners to advertise.
We just need your permission to give your property the exposure it needs depending on your intention to lease out or sell. The ads may not only appear here but in other media sources as well.
Before you allow any agent to advertise, be clear with them if you are paying any commission in the event they successfully close the transaction even by way of co-broking with another agent.
