Can someone help me? I do not know what I can be entitled to buy in SG. I am a single PR, turning 35 this 2013, earning gross 61K annually with 42K in OA of CPF.

I would lke to buy my own property. What are my options? Can I buy HDB? re-sale HDB? EC? Condo? Any information is greatly appreciated -Liza

Hi Eliza,

You are not eligible to purchase any HDB, be it BTO or resale (no single PR scheme till now) Thus you are only left with the option of private property and resale EC.
