Client refused to pay commission after close deal.
Hello Agents, recently I sold a hdb unit for a seller. Commission was agreed and form signed. However now the client has wilfully refused to make payment even after reminder letter from ERA. I would like to check how fellow agents here deal with this problem? Who will bear the legal charges if it was to go to small claims. What are the chances of me winning the case? Any information provided by agents with similar situation is greatly appreciated
