Good afternoon,

If you are referring to resale EC from open resale market, yes! you are eligible to purchase one.

But if you are referring to new EC with balance units, its not possible unless you sell off your condo and observe a 30 months waiting period before you are eligible to purchase a new EC.

Hi,

If you are looking for resale EC, yes you are eligible but relevant entry barriers (for 2nd property purchase) such as ABSD, 50% outstanding loan for 2nd property applies.. you can purchase as a sole individual.

If you are looking at new EC, you have to wait out a 30-month period after selling your condo before you can apply with a family nucleus.
