I am currentlty owning a HDB - I bought it as a resale unit from open market in 2008 and have been staying in the HDB unit for 3+ years. I am considering a condo unit purchase. I am wondering if I am allowed to rent out my hdb unit and own (& stay in) a condo at the same time?

Hi Amit,
If you had taken HDB loan and has been staying for 2 and half years since you bought in 2008, you can apply to rent out your hdb and purchase a condo
