Currently I am living in La Casa and intend to sell after 5 years. If I want to buy a resale flat, am I subjected to any resale levy or can I apply housing grant? I have used the housing grant in my purchase of La Casa last time.

Hi Lynn HDB grant is only applicable to first time buying(first house)..also applicable to EC's. But no worries for buying a resale flat. By the way i have a friend staying at La Casa,..im quite familiar with the area...do feel free to sms or call to discuss at no obligation!

Greetings Lynn,

You will not be penalized with any resale levy .Resale Levy will only be applicable if are buying a new HDB flat again.No grant as you have already used it once.
