Asked by
Dear Agents,

If I were to be granted Singles grant of $11,000, due to the intial application for Singapore citizen and non citizen spouse.

Subsequently, our family new occupant/child given birth is a Singapore citizen, are we eligible to apply for the CPF Housing Top up grant if the spouse remains a non citizen(Work Permit)?

If so, what is the condition and amount for the top up? Also we will be living near my parents(Singapore citizens), would this have any impact?

Thank you.

Regards,
Stefan

Evening,

Your spouse need to get citizenship, one year from the time you get your single grant. And this grant is applicable to your spouse.
