I need to ask opinions from all of the professional agents out there.
I am applying for a house under the BTO program. Me and fiance already check that we are selected for invitation but we have not get the dates yet.
1) Future husband- working for a company for more than a year but stop working 2 mths ago. Now working part time while finding a steady income.
2) Me(Future wife)- working for a company for more than 4 yrs with cpf,quit and work for assistant for a ppty agent for 3mths w/o cpf and was asked to leave. Now, am finding a stable job.
My question is:
1) Am I eligible for the additional grant? Understand need a year continuosly working. But can we appeal? The chances rate?
2)If we are not able to get the grant, we need to top up a lot of cash as our cpf account total compute to 23k plus. Flat price is ranging from 234k t0 293k.
What's the best advice for my case. Need help from the professional out there.
