Dear M D,

You want to consider below estimates.
1) Bank loan approved for 80% of valuation price
2) Minimum 5% of valuation price in CASH
3) Remaining 15% in CPF or CASH
4) COV in cash
5) Lawyer fees approx $3500 CASH
6) Agent fees 1% of purchase price + gst in CASH
7)Stamp duty approx $5400 for a $360k flat, In CPF or top up by CASH

Let me know if you need any details on the flats for sale in Jurong West/East. Have the data on hand readily.

    Dear Brandon,

Thank you for your reply and quite a clear explanation.
For the lawyer fees, is it a MUST to pay? In what condition do we need to pay for it?

    Thank you.
