Dear GURU,
As the property is getting very expansive at $1K psf now, I want to make use of every inch of my Condo. Thinking of converting the maid’s room and the W.C. next to it into a suite of air-cond bedroom with attached.
The bedroom area is about 5.8 x 9.5= 55 sq ft.
1. Wonder whether it is advisable to do it ?
2. How much will be the estimated renovation cost. Renovation includes : hacking of half a wall; re-install the power point affected; Change and install 2 sliding doors; Change and install a 1-panel window. Install an instant water heater.
