Dear Guru. I am tenant. My contract going to finish on 10 april,my agent forcing me to vacate one month early as this flat sold. Agent giving me the reason that new owmer coming to stay.
Please advice

Dear Mr. Gan,

Greetings!
If your tenancy states that it ends on April 10, you have every right to stay till then. Even if the landlord wishes to terminate the tenancy any earlier, he would need to give you formal notice which is normally a month.
