Dear Guru,

I have just passed my RES exam and now have to decide which agency to join.

I have heard stories of new agents being left to fend for themselves after joining some agencies and some goes for months without closing any deal.

Any advice on what to look out for in making the decision?

Can't answer your question since I closed my 1st deal within 1 week for ending my New Agent Training some years back and most of my recent new agents close their 1st deal within 2-3 weeks from getting their CEA license.

There are 1,001 reasons for not closing deals, you really cannot answer for those indivduals. However, if a new agent is willing to be taught and do as told for a start, closing your 1st deal is no big deal. How to consistently close deals are more important. For that, a good manager and a close team make lots of different.
