Dear Guru,
Lets say i loan a property with SG250K with 15years tenure as i had paid 50% cash upfront.
If situation arise where i need to relocate to other places on 3rd year of the loan & i must sale my property. Do i need to clear the bank loan for both principal + interest for all the remaining 12years OR i only need to clear the principal with some penalty fees? If penalty fees incur, how much would it be then?
