I am considering to buy the following condo for investment or generate passive rental income:

1. Centren
- freehold, 1000 sqft, 3 room loft unit, can convert to dual key, 300m from aljuniet mrt

2. Tre residences, 990 sqft, 4 rooms dual key, 240m from aljuniet mrt

3. Sim urban oasis, 958 sqft, 3 rooms dual key, 400 m from Aljunied mrt

4. Gem residences, 980 sqft, 3 rooms trio, 400m from braddel mrt

May i have guru views on which one is better ?

Hi,

It appears you are just narrowing your search to city fringe projects with dual key units, and keeping things around 1400psf. Are you looking to stay and rent out the other portion of the unit? A few other questions also came to mind such as what are your objectives and requirements, why only city fringe and is capital appreciation or rental yield more important to you now, is there ABSD payable etc? Its difficult to pinpoint what is "right" for you without such inputs. We can always find pros and cons for each project, but the right one will have more going for your requirements.
