Dear Gurus,

I am looking for a condominium to buy for around $600,000- $700,000.Preferably two bedrooms. It does not have to be a new launch or very fancy. Location prefered - in west - Jurong, Clementi, Dover, Lakeside or in the North - Bishan, Upper Thomson.

Hi Miriam,

If you are looking for resales, there are some condo at Sembawang, Si Mei, 2 rooms selling around 750K, about 1000 sqft.
