Dear Gurus,

I'm a PR who is married and intending to file for a divorce.
I intend to buy a condo in balestier for investment purpose without my present husband knowledge. Is it possible? We had not bought a single property together before.

I have a friend who is having the same family situation as me who went to buy a unit and when she was about to sign the docs for purchase, the lawyer said that husband need to sign too. I also have agent telling me otherwise.
I'm confuse. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Berlinda,

you are still married even though you are considering to file for divorce.
when you intend to buy a property, your husband have to know to it.
