Dear Gurus,
When should i pay the stamp duty fee if i exercise the option on 1-Sep-09. Some say 14days after the option is exercised. But till to date, i havent pay as the mortgage lawyer never inform me. Agents & banker say it should be pay upon completion of the purchase process. But HDB lawyer say within 14days after exercise option. Pls advise. Thanks!
