I have 100$ outstanding loan for my HDB with DBS bank. I am planning to sell my property soon to upgrade. Will it advantageous for me to finish off my loan fully by engaging a lawyer or wait for selling directly. Which way will be smoother, faster and lesser lawyer fee?
