Dear Property Guru, I'm a single female 31 year old M'sian Sg PR. Interested to stay long term and at the same time invest in real estate. Where do I start? Thank you.

Hi JT,

For a start, you need to talk to banker to understand the health of your financial capability to determine what type of housings you are eligible for and comfortable in financing the loan, prior to start house hunting. I do have a panel of reliable mobile bankers who are able to asssit you.
