I and my husband planning to arrive to Singapore around beginning of August. We are looking for 1 bedroom apartment in Orchard or nearby area. Would appreciate if you can help with finding the good safe an clean apartment.

Hi Sargai,
The property market is very tight. You need to engage a agent to find a suitable one for you as units are taken up very fast when they are advertised. As Orchard is a very expensive place, your budget needs to be high too.
