It depends on which property you prefer. Both are equally good property but buying house is a long term investment, it lay down which property you are comfortable with.

Which is a btter buy depends on a lot of factors:
1. Price - psf
2. Location - Everybody know that
However, very few people take into consideration the re-marketability of the property. If, at any point you want to sell the propoerty off again - can you do this within a short time, at the market price?
This consideration is most important for a investment property.
