Hi,

For BUC it is progressive payments, hence your monthly repayment only starts when the bank loan disburses funds to pay the developer. You need not make any repayment if no funds are disbursed from the bank. So interest is payable the moment funds are disbursed, and the per annum rate is made known to you before you sign the bank letter of offer.

hello there! bank will inform you when they are going to draw down and disburse the funds for that particular construction stage. after which, you will receive a monthly statement require for your repayment (principal + interest).

For BUC purchase, the loan is under a progressive payment scheme and you service your loan according to the progress of the construction. The loan will be paid out to the developer by the bank as certain construction milestones are met.
