guide me. we booked row house.He paid all money as per agreement.Now he got possession letter also in first week of this month. In that letter builder written that you cannot sell row house without his permission before final conveyance. Now society is also not formed until now.
This is the actual situation now. Please give me answers of following questions.
1) How to do conveyance deed?
2) Can we sell row house without conveyance deed? Is it necessary to take permission from Builder? Why I am asking this because if we ask permission for it he will ask for bribe. Otherwise he will create problem in our process. Actually in my opinion he is corrupt because he taken some money from all illegally without receipt for any reason. We also pad some money to him without receipt. Now I don't want to pay any money to him. He knows many govt. officers.
3) I want your guidance how we can solve this legally?. 4) How to get full authority of row house to us from Builder.
