H, can I do valuation more than once? Any restrictions? I have an agent whom, I signed exclusive with but he did not do any valuation yet even after asking & an agent I didnt sign but did the valuation. Looks complicated but I think the 1st agent is just interested in getting his exclusive signed & wait for complicated issues to settle than he will action. Where else the 2nd agent more proactive in arranging meetings with HDB depts & attended other issues till we are near closing a deal. How can you advice on this? thanks.
