 Tbh when agents are tasked with 3 room HDB rental, there’s this perennial debate on the need for more toilets instead of one. Why? To Low ball landlords or any hidden agenda?

Hi Chris,

Not quite sure what you are driving at but number of bathrooms for any apartment is fixed, thus if I were to be marketing a unit with only 1 bathroom (the old 3 room flat types), this will be made known to prospects before they come to view. Of course, most tenants will want to have ensuite master bedroom and likely will pay more for such units.

In terms of price range, there is always past transactions to reference with thus it can be quite clear if the offers made are reasonable or not.

Hi Chris,

I noticed that u been writing a couple to enquiry and I’m not sure what is your concern actually. If your flat has been rented out and with low offer, I guess there isn’t a choice for you and you just got to move on. But if it isn’t and you think your agent is not protecting your interest, then you could always engage another one asap.
