Hello,
I have a question which i hope can be answered.
My wife has a condo that she is still paying for and her parents have their names on it too.
I decided to pay $2000 per month to my wife to help her pay the condo asap and i had one request or the parents which is to have their name taken out of the papers in a way that my wife is the only owner. This way, I'm paying for my wife and not for the whole family.
The parents now are saying the following: They said that they have to sell to us on market value in order to be able to have their names of the papers. They said that they cant just simply go to the lawyer and have their names of the papers like that. Without selling it to my wife, it will not be possible. Is there any better way of having my wifes name only? She is a on the ownership paper too, so why would they need to sell her the condo.
Any help will be highly apprectiated.
