Hello, i just passed my CEA exam. Looking to join an agency but still considering which one to join, hope to clear my doubts.
1)Do most of the agencies have got new launches to handle(Condo, offices etc?)?
2) Are new launches a bonus for agents to work on?
3) Do most of the agencies got computer system/database of sellers/buyers for agents to use?
4) Is working in bigger teams better in terms of sales etc?
And i always have the mentality of avoiding agencies the big ones with a lot of agents, hoping someone can clear my doubts! Thank u and have a nice day
